I made this really yummy rice pudding for me and my toddler. It's a simple recipe, just rice cooked in milk with some spices and a little agave nectar. Do you think it would freeze okay?
Also, I've roasted some banana to mix in. Would it freeze okay with the banana or should I only mix that into the portion that we'll eat fresh?

Here's the recipe, by the way. I added cinnamon and ginger.

I'm not sure, but if you won't be able to eat it all now then it is worth a shot. I've always understood that rice doesn't freeze well, but since the texture is so changed in pudding I think it may be better.
