we had a party last night and we made gorgeous roastbeef with a smoker.
unfortunately (or is it fortunately?), one of the hunks of beef are left untouched. i didn't even slice it yet.
i was wondering if i could freeze it. and if so, should i slice it first and freeze?

You could freeze it whole or sliced. If you slice it, you could lay the slices out so they aren't overlapping, like on a cookie sheet, freeze them, then put them in a baggie. That way, they won't be stuck together and you can just thaw as needed. Slices will thaw a lot faster than a thick chunk. I freeze lunch meat often, and it doesn't affect the texture or flavor.

Or, you could just bring it over to my house - sounds yummy!
