I grilled london broil for the 1st time yesterday...I'm so tickled to be learning how to grill at 39! Anyway, as you might guess it turned out a little dry. DS is at his dad's house this wknd and I know I won't want to eat the whole big hunk left. Can I make beef jerky out of this?
I've been wanting to learn how to make beef jerky and have some recipes...I just wasn't sure if it could be done with already-cooked meet?
