Can I tie dye a Bummi SWW?
Well maybe not tie dye but can I dye it? It's so boring just an off white color.

Nope, it's poly, won't take dye.
You can paint it, or use fabric pastel sticks to draw on it (we've had good luck with both, but the pastels seem to hold up better).

The only thing you can dye woth kool aid is animal fibers like wool, etc. Kool aid doesn't work on plant fibers or synthetics.
I don't know of anything that would dye a bummi that you could work with safely.
