I bought a head of cabbage to try sauerkraut for the first time and didn't realize until just now that I am all out of the celtic sea salt I usually buy. The only other salt we have in the house is the kosher salt I use to scour my cast iron! <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="http://www.mothering.com/discussions/images/smilies/lol.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title="lol"><br><br>
