I'm trying to decide where to have our next baby, and which provider to go with. I want to birth in an ABC, and wonder if W&I even allows it? I'm pretty sure that Memorial does. This will be my 2nd VBAC.

You can have a VBAC at W&I, just not in the ABC. From what I have read on this forum I would go to Memorial with Mary Mumford Haley as your midwife. I had a VBAC at W&I a few years ago and I felt like they were just waiting for something to go wrong so they could intervene. I am currently pregnant with #3 and started out with Mary as my midwife and switched only to do a home birth. Good luck!

i did not have a vbac but i just cannot say enough good things about mary mumford-haley and memorial hospital. definitely go talk with her!!! she's wonderful and i know they do vbacs.
