lol Seriously though I have not had sex from Febuary of 06 when I got preg so 3 years
........Can it affect hormones,and weight? I used to be a sexual woman
thats when I felt my best and was my slimist.

No. But you know, you can take care of yourself. (you know what I am saying, right?) That is always a good outlet and may help raise your mood. But the act of intercourse doesn't affect your health either which way.

I think psychologically some people really need the connection of touch--but there are other ways to get that.

Did you read Eat, Pray, Love? In it, a TCM practitioner (right?) says tha w/o sex, we lose the lubrication in our joints & get knee problems. It's been a long time since I read it - and I don't know how true it it...but I happen to believe that sex is absolutely beneficial to our health.

If you're used to it on a regular basis, then have to abstain long-term, I think it could have an effect. Homeopathy has a whole diagnostic classification along these lines, called something like "ailments of widows and widowers." I used to think this was referring to the emotional issues of losing a spouse, but after some more reading, I learned that it's a euphemism for involuntary abstinence.

Conium (Hemlock) is the best known of these remedies, but there are others that might be the right choice, depending on the symptoms.
