I HAVE searched the archives ect.. and read a million things but I still leave confused..

I am looking for a good multivitamin for my kiddos.. ages 4,3 &2 and also looking for some sodium ascorbate to give to them in addition to the vitamins this winter during the cold and flu season.

At least I *think* that is my plan Does that sound about right?

Anyways if anyone could point me to good quality hopefully affordable vitamins and such that would be AWESOME Thanks!

I use Nordic Naturals Nordic Berries as a multivitamin. My DD loves them.

I also give her Nordic Naturals DHA Junior chewables so she gets her codliver oil this way. They are strawberry flavored and quite yummy.

I also just ordered some Metagenics chewable calcium for her (chocolate flavored) because she is not into drinking milk or eating green leafy veggies and since she's now weaned, she needs some extra calcium.
