Can we save this fence?

This may be a dumb question. Our new pasture is fenced with 36in woven wire on mostly wooden posts. Is there anyway we can add some height to it? We would like it to be goat worthy. I know barbed wire is a no-no for goats but what if we put it above the woven wire on taller t-posts? I guess electric may be an option but I was hoping to avoid it because of the $$$. Any Ideas?
