My 8-month old ds has been v. grumpy, had diarhea and run a fever but we attributed it to his current ear infection. His daycare provider has told us that another child has Hand Foot and Mouth disease

and we should watch for symptoms. He is (always) reluctant to let me look in his mouth so I don't know if he's had blisters or not...

He seems to be getting better (less cranky, diarhea is better, no fever) but I now have red spots all over both nipples - could this be HFM? What do I do for it? HELP!

We went through HFand Mouth this winter. It sucks!

Definately you can get the sores on your breasts, also your child may get them on their bottom too.

We did two things that eased the discomfort...a homepathic medicine called Antimonium Tart 30c and a herbal tea wash that consisted of burdock, marshmallow, calendula, chamomile, and lavender.
