If they got the flumist (nasal one) then yes, you can get it (live virus.)

You are not supposed to be able to get it from an injected shot though (granted the person who got it probaly has a weakened immune system now from the toxins and who knows what they have caught in the meantime! LOL)

Good point re: FluMist, though OP said specifically the shot, which is why I think we all said No. But yeah, FluMist scares the heck out of me.
