Can you use a pool noodle or towel under a Britax?

This may be a stupid question...can you use a pool noodle or towel under a Britax Wizard (it's like a Blvd)? DD2 is rear facing and we're using the LATCH. We just got a Toyota Sienna and the 2nd row captains chair makes the seat more upright than we had in the Camry...and DD2 is NOT happy
I thought about reclining it more with a pool noodle or a towel...is this ok to use?

TIA

Actually this is not true. You cannot use a noodle or towel with Britax seats. This was discussed at the Britax convention and they DO NOT allow it on any of their convertable seats.

Do you have the rearfacing teather hooked up? That can help with the angle, also, when you install it, put it at the angle you and before tightening it up.

Another thing would be if you are using LATCH, try the seatbelt instead or vice versa - - sometimes one will get you a better angle than the other (I'd had this happen before)

Actually Britax no longer allows using the tether to adjust the recline

I've never had a Britax too upright though.
Are you sure it's in recline (RF) mode?

Interesting. I was told yes on the noodle, no on the tether by a tech. On a sloped seat the MA will be quite upright, even reclined. Depends on the vehicle.
