you're already dilated? Will it hurt anything or cause an infection? DH got me some tonight and I was going to take it orally but had considered taking it vaginally.

Totally fine. Dilated doesn't mean unprotected. You can still use EPO, have sex etc until your water breaks, then worry about infection.

When I was pg with #5 my mw broke open the capsules and massaged my cervix with them. I was 5 cm. It did not start my labor though. Nothing ever starts my labors though
