Can anyone point me in the direction (or give me some good pointers) on a candida cleanse diet. I am currently having some problems that I believe stem from a yeast overgrowth in my body. I've heard of eliminating certain foods to get rid of yeast in the body, but I need lots more info.

I've been looking into it also- I'm hoping it will help my eczema. I just googled "anti-candida diet" and "yeast free diet" and a ton of sites came up. Basically, you can't eat anything <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="http://www.mothering.com/discussions/images/smilies/lol.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title="lol">.

Yeah, I had the same problem when I googled. I was hoping someone here could help me so I didn't have to wade through 5,000 different websites. <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="http://www.mothering.com/discussions/images/smilies/orngbiggrin.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title="orange big grin">

There's a thread over in allergies with several folks following the Body Ecology diet.<br><a href="http://www.mothering.com/discussions/showthread.php?t=859992" target="_blank">http://www.mothering.com/discussions...d.php?t=859992</a><br><a href="http://www.bodyecologydiet.com/" target="_blank">http://www.bodyecologydiet.com/</a><br><br>
I haven't tried it myself. I'm thinking once I'm not pregnant or nursing I'll give it a shot, so I've been following along.
