Dd has lots of them, and they are big and painful

lots of mouth sores in a 2 year old sounds like foot and mouth disease

read up on it or go see the ped for a diagnosis.

i don't know if there is much you can do. i know my friend's kiddo couldn't eat hardly anything while he had it. i'm scared for the day ds gets it....it seems to go around
