I just bought some Carlson for Kids Chewable DHA for my 2 year old son.

I was reading the directions and it says "CHILDREN 4 & OVER take one or two capsules daily." Does anyone know if there will be any harm in giving my 2 year old one capsule daily????

Fish Body Oil Concentrate 640mg providing:
DHA 100mg
EPA 50 mg

There is also 10 IU of Vitamin E Natural in it. I also give my son a daily multivitamin .....does anyone know if that would give him too much Vitamin E or if there's any toxicity if you have too much Vit E???

You *can* become toxic in any of the fat soluble vitamins. IT would take alot though. I highly doubt (I say this without knowing what mv you give) that you would be able to do it with the vitamin and fish oil supplement.

Be aware that natural vitamin E is sourced from soy-most don't care, but it's good to know! You need to decide what you want to do, but I personally wouldn't blink at those amounts.
