I hold my breast in the "c" shape like the LLL suggests, and I find that I have to continue holding my breast when I nurse, otherwise it slips out of my baby's mouth.

Now, when I wake up in the morning after night feeding I am feeling achiness in my wrists, similar to when I had carpal tunnel from using a small laptop computer.

Anyone else experience this? Anything to be done?

I also get the backaches from nightnursing that have been discussed here lately.

Can you roll up a dishtowel to put under your breast at night to help lend the support?

I used one for the first few months pp. I called it my "mini nursing pillow."
