Just wondering where do you buy yours. Is there a good online shop you go to?

Oh.. and what be the next best thing to Cast Iron. I am looking for some pots for my parents, I know they would not want to deal with the seasoning of cast iron.

I've got my cast iron pots and pans at garage sales. I paid $2.50 each for my medium size stock pot (including lid) and large skillet. Can't beat that! But I go to a lot of garage sales and haven't seen many. But they're out there. Antique stores as well.
For the bargain hunters of you out there.....

i buy mine at the hardware store. i would not get them online without free shipping because they are so heavy.

I'm all about Le Creuset pots. They are french-made enameled cast iron. All the benefits of cast iron, but they don't need seasoning and look great!

I've gotten all my cast iron from yard sales. Wish I could find a lidded pot or dutch oven at one. I just find skillets around here.

Ikea carries a Le Creuset knock-off brand (Senior) that I've used with great satisfaction.

This one was knocked down to $29.99 in the San Diego store as of a few days ago, while this one was $39.99.
