no idea about homeopathics, but you should look for swollen lymphnodes nearest the scratch. it's a sign of cat scratch disease, which isn't usually a big deal. it's normally self limiting, but sometimes causes issues.

I have a five month old kitten who scratched my daughter while she slept. I cleaned her scratches with soap and water, and put some ointment on. What kind of homeopathic remedies can I use for cat scratches? Should I watch for any infections that can be passed from the cat?
