I made this tonight, a GF vegan version, and DH & my 15mo DS loved it!! I love cauliflower but never had a great recipe to make with it!!<br><br>
1 medium cauliflower<br>
1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil<br>
1 medium white onion, cut into 1/4-in. dice<br>
3 garlic cloves, smashed and peeled<br>
sea salt (I just used regular sea salt)<br>
2 tsp. hot red pepper flakes<br>
6 tbs. Earth Balance, cut into 6 pieces<br>
1 lb. GF penne<br>
~1/3 cup nutritional yeast<br>
1/2 cup coarse fresh bread crumbs (I used corn bread), sautéed in 1 tbs. olive oil until golden brown<br>
1 tsp. minced dried rosemary (I added this with the water in step 3 since I didn't have fresh rosemary)

Looks great. I've got cauliflower in the garden. (Hope it produces before it gets too hot here, in the desert.)
