I checked out "Baby Sing and Sign" from the library. It comes with a CD of simple baby songs, written [or adapted by] the author specifically to be easy for parents to sing to their babies without the CD. DS, four months, absolutely loves the CD. And I love singing the songs to him a capella.

Only a couple of the songs are slow, though. I'm looking for a CD or two (or three) of lullabies I can sing to DS. Real baby lullabies, not grown-up music.

Any suggestions?

Nicolette larson! I can't say enough about how much my baby loves these songs. They are easy to learn and sing, and true lullabys. My favourite recording is "welcome to the world"

Anything by Elizabeth Mitchell, look her up on amazon, 5 stars for every cd she has put out. I even listen to the CD's when baby is sleeping, I love it.

https://www.amazon.com/s/ref=nb_ss_/...abeth+mitchell

I don't know how good these cd's are, but I just did a search for "Karaoke lullaby" and found several cd's with lullabies on them, both with vocals and without...

http://www.usa-karaoke.com/display_d...tCode=CDPS4003

http://www.usa-karaoke.com/display_c...t_Name=Lullaby
