Was wondering if you all had some diaper bag recommendations for a CDing mom? My mom is looking at diaper bags (As a gift for me) and I want one that will be good for cloth (bit roomier than average but not gigantic). Something that's kinda stylish, go with everything would be ideal (and not too girly so DH will actually pick it up
). I don't know if we'll be using CD's every time we go out, but I'd like to have the option.

TIA!

Lands End makes excellent quality bags, and they come in all different sizes. I've had a couple over the past 9 yrs, and they have held up fantastic.
My last diaper bag purchase was a Fleurville Sling Tote, and it's perfect. Not too diaper-baggish, cleans up in a cinch, looks cool and holds everything I need for a whole day out (including everything I would have put in a purse). I've been using it for well over a year and it still looks new.

If you are looking for a one of a kind WAHM made bag, Leigh Anne at Blue Grass Moon makes stunning bags. I think she's stocking something soon. I have one of her bags, and I use it as a purse.

I have 2 Skip Hop Dashes, one Pink Camo for me and one Denim for my DH.

Although I haven't tried it with CD's yet, I am just switching, I have been told that it should work fine.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE my dash. It's so big but without looking and feeling huge on. It has TONS of organization and I love that it fits on the bar of my stroller with the stroller straps.

My DH also likes his and the Denim is VERY man friendly and sooooo much lighter than the other fabric that the other colors come in.

They are also pretty cheap and you can get them on Ebay used but in EUC for a GREAT price.

I also love my Skip Hop Denim Dash! It works great with cloth diapers and is the perfect size. Plenty big, but not bulky or hard to carry at all, and like the pp said it has great organization. I don't know if you're familiar with the Land's End bags, but I'd say it's in between the size of the Little Tripper and the Do It All. For us with cloth diapers, the Little Tripper was too small and the Do It All was too big. They are great quality bags, but Land's End desperately needs to come out with a diaper bag in between the size of those 2, imo.

The Skip Hop Dash is excellent quality. I've been extremely happy with mine. The denim one is a little more $$ than the other colors, but I chose it because it has red interior lining as opposed to black that the others have. If the others came with coordinating interior to match the outer piping, I'd be in SO much trouble trying to pick a color because I love several of them. Anyway, here's where I got mine, and she had super customer service. She also carries other nice bags too. When I was reasearching which bag to get the Lexi Barnes Darling came in a close 2nd. I've heard lots of good about that one too. http://www.expressivetoys.com/skhopdeduoor.html

Ohhhh I have to second the recommendation for Jen at Expressive Toys! She is a member of 2 of my Yahoo groups and she is WONDERFUL!

She is great to work with and she has wonderful service.

I think there might be a coupon code for her store somewhere out there also just an FYI.

I have used the Dash, the Darling and the Sling Tote all with CDs. For me, my favorite of the bunch has been the Darling, as I like messanger style bags but prefer ones with no flap. Plus I love that it is made in the good ole USA! Overland Equipment bags are wonderful as well. I am using the Donner now for a short trip bag, and have seen the Noho and I think it would make a great larger bag.
