i've posted about it before hear, but now that i'm exrcsing i can really see a change in endurance, muscletone, after workout feeling, and my cellulite. before, i'd lose weight and my cellulite would look the same if not worse. now, it actually looks smoother though i'm not using cellulite creams (as i did then). anyone else show similar improvements? can you post in the health and fitness forum. Its all low fat this and skim milk that. it'd be nice to hear some other input.
