i've posted about it before hear, but now that i'm exrcsing i can really see a change in endurance, muscletone, after workout feeling, and my cellulite. before, i'd lose weight and my cellulite would look the same if not worse. now, it actually looks smoother though i'm not using cellulite creams (as i did then). anyone else show similar improvements? can you post in the health and fitness forum. Its all low fat this and skim milk that. it'd be nice to hear some other input.

I eat a lot of grassfed meat and meat and chick and turk. i have dramatically reduced starches (bread, cereals) but haven't cut them out, and i try to stick to sprouted or sourdough. instead of butter i use coconut oil, which really tastes awesome with any kind of seasoning, and really helps my blood sugar. my only real rule, indulge in fat before starch. it really curbs my appetite. only whole fat dairy. but exercise is making the difference from static (which is okay) to weight and fat loss.

I think cellulite is something you have or don't. I always have a little right under my butt and I'm pretty thin. You can't see it unless you squeeze the fat

If toxins are removed celullite will often disapear, toxins are stored in fat. Not always though. When I started drinking kefir milk from raw milk, I saw a major increase in my muscle mass. And if you are eating organic meats and veggies you arent taxing the body with unnessesary toxins, so it would make sense to me.

Two things- total and complete avoidance of any trans fats, and skin brushing. Skin brushing has done more to remove my stretch marks, remove my cellulite and tighten down my skin than anything else. I went from cottage cheese thighs to no cellulite with going GFCF, which allowed my body to remove toxins, loosing 60 lbs, and skin brushing.

ETA: www.t-tapp.com has a forum that has awesome information on skin brushing. I use T-tapp's skin brushing information and techniques.

Since I've been making my own kefir and going gluten-free my cellulite has reduced drastically. I recently read an article that suggest that regular consumption of kefir reduces cellulite but I can't remember where I found the article anymore. I think it has something to do with the fact that kefir aids the liver and the liver is responsible for metabolism and cellulite formation. I'm sure that lacto fermented veg and sauerkraut will fall in the same category of helping the fight against cellulite.
