Central CT playgroup reminder for 4/12

K, I have talked to a couple people who have not posted yet that they planned on coming this week but are interested in going to the park instead. Therefore...

We will NOT be at the Bristol Library on Wednesday the 12th. We will be at Page Park in Bristol. Here are the directions from the City of Bristol site. I hope they are helpful and it would be great to see you out at the park.

Directions to Page Park - King Street, Bristol

From 84 West

1. Get off exit 31 - West Street, Bristol, Rt. 229

2. Take a right at the end of the exit (You are now on Rt. 229)

3. Stay on Rt. 229 approximately 5 miles. You will pass ESPN on your right, Lake Compounce on your left, the Sophia Room on your right.

4. After you pass the intersection where the Sophia Room is you will go through 3 traffic lights and then Page Park will be on your left.

From 84 East

1. Get off at exit 38

2. Go straight off end of exit

3. Follow rt. 6 for approximately 8 to 10 miles.

4. Take a left onto rt. 229 (King Street)

5. Go through one traffic light

6. Page Park will be on your right.

From Rt. 9 North

1. Take route 9 North to route 72 West.

2. Get off at exit 33 (Bristol/ Route 72 exit)

3. You will be on an expressway. Stay on the expressway until the end. Do not get off at exits 2 or 1.

4. At the traffic light at the end of the exit take a right onto route 72.

5. At your second traffic light take a left onto Broad Street. (following rt. 72)

6. At your second light take a right onto King Street (rt.229)

7. You will go through 2 traffic lights and then Page Park will be ahead on your left. (Bristol Eastern High School will be on your right)
