I thought there might be some interest in this little 'group' based on past threads. Lets share our knowledge on our wonderful cervix's and how to find them, measure them, love them

This site here called my beautiful cervix amazes me. The site has become larger (more cervix's, what could be better!) since I've last visited.

how does one go about loving their cervix exactly?

I'm kinda irritated with mine right now... I want this baby outta me!

I'm not a UC girly BUT I just wanted to say that for the life of me, I can't reach my cervix lol

Try squatting down. I usually tried while I was in the shower, so I could do a deep squat and kind of lean forward, then check.

Squatting, kneeling, on the toilet, one leg up on the bathtub/toilet, standing! Keep trying.

I aim back, like straight back and then up.

Best time for me to try is either after a bath (relaxed) or after a BM since I think the added pressure moves it down a bit.
