this is the craziest chart I've had since I first start charting 28 months ago! (link in siggie)

do you think I may have finally ovulated yesterday? I know I need some more temps and dry up. I'm just trying to be hopeful.

I think it's way too early to tell, sorry! Those are some crazy temp jumps though; that can sketch me out for an entire cycle when it gets so confusing. Hopefully you'll have 3-4 days of high temps and dry up! Otherwise, when my chart never fully gets a clear interpretation, I will just wait until the next cycle for unprotected sex.

Time will definitely tell. DP and I have an agreement that it is up to him to use a condom if I am unsure about my chart or if I am fertile. I told him I was unsure about it since this cycle has been longer than usual and my mucous sign was being weird. He chose not to use a condom and finished. I'm trying really hard not to get excited. If I did ovulate yesterday, we DTD on o day. I'd love a surprise... I'm going to try not to get excited

well I'll be damned. my temp stayed up. Today I had ovulation pains on the right side, before I thought I felt something on the left side but passed it off as constipation (the feeling I get is similar cramping). This will be a fun two weeks!

Tomorrow is testing day according to fertilityfriend.. if I don't get my period tomorrow then I'll test. though my temps have started to trend downward so I think my period is rapidly approaching. All in all it would be a good thing if I am not pregnant. And next cycle I vow to be extra clear with DP about when I am fertile. I think after charting for so long and having some close calls he seems to think we can't get pregnant very easily. You have about a 20-25% chance each cycle. So we've just been lucky. Oddly enough, this is the only month I don't have that omg I feel pregnant paranoia though this is the closests of our close calls. I'll be sure to post an update either way

It would be really ironic and irritating if I were pregnant THIS cycle - I had to give a dr's office the rundown on the effectiveness of NFP and said it was 99% effective when practiced correctly. It'd be really ironic if this month was the month we had a user failure! I'd have to be sure to tell them it was *our* mistake that led us to get pregnant and not the method
