Can anyone walk me through how to do the cervix position check? (My book is packed away in storage!)
I'm confused about what I'm feeling. There's the round "disc" (what I'm guessing is the actual cervix) and then the opening (os?). I can fit a finger inside the os, and then it hits something hard. The "disc" itself feels like my chin. What part of the organ determines opened or closed, hard or soft?
