I made this tonight, a variation on the sauce from V'con, but a distinct improvement, IMO. The original is awesome too, but this is unbelievable.

Heat 1 tbs olive oil with 3 cloves of crushed garlic. Add 2 cups of water mixed with 1/4 cup flour and 2 tbs mild miso paste, and heat until it is thick. 2 pinches each of turmeric and thyme, then add 3/4 cup of nutritional yeast flakes, 2 tbs of tahini or cashew butter (I used a tbs of each), a squirt of yellow mustard, and lemon juice.
