I'm in the market for a new garden hose as ours split apart after last summer. All the hoses I find have warnings plastered all over them about how you shouldn't drink out of them and how they are made with/contain chemicals. Now I generally don't let my DDs drink from the hoses anyway, but considering the fact they DO inevitably drink some of the water from their swimming pool (and not to mention spend a couple hours in the water each day during the summer) I'm inclined to find a hose that isn't so chemical laden. Does such a thing even exist? TIA for any ideas!

we found a lead free hose at wal mart or home depot last ummer. if you actually want to drink out of it though, ide go for an RV hose. they arent super heavy duty but they are chemical free and made for drinking. you can get one just about anywhere.
