I usually make my hummus from canned chickpeas, but I have a bag of dried ones, and about 4# of carrots to eat up, so I need to know what I am supposed to do. Do I soak them and purree, or do I soak them and then cook them, then purree? I know how to cook beans, I just don't know what to do with these.
