My girls were exposed to CP on Sunday, the little boy broke out on monday and we are going for a play date tomorrow (but he is starting to scab over)

Looking at may 1, 2, or 3 as possible contagious dates, or the 5, 6, 7 i they did not get it Sunday but do today. i will keep everyone updated here. Playdates/chicken pox party is definately doable!

We are definitely interested. All my kids got it when DD#5 was 6 weeks old. I'd love for DS#6 to get it. Ever since the outbreak at school when my kids got it, and every other family with CP's kids had been immunized (and no they didn't get any milder cases...) I don't trust that vaccine for full immunity.

So far no signs of it, exposeure was 12 days ago so I am thinking no pox
