I'm looking for reviews or recommendations about the available children's photography in the San Antonio area. My little one is about 2 1/2 months, and since I did not opt for the 'monthly' packages at Sears or JCP, I don't have any professional pics of him yet.

Please include information about cost, demeanor of the photographer(s), artistic quality, overall impression, etc. I am interested in hearing about all price ranges.

All input is greatly appreciated!!

I am using Nikki Loehr at Moxie photography studio. http://www.moxiephotostudio.com/#
She is a joy to work with and takes beautiful shots. I am doing a package where my LO gets photographed 4 times in the first year. I'm sure I'll use her for more after the 1st year is up, I'm very happy with her work so far. She is a on the more expensive end of the spectrum (you can check out her prices on the website) but I think it's well worth the money!

I like Brenda at Mensan Studios. She's at the higher end of the pricing spectrum, but it was very relaxed and easy going. When my LO started fussing, she suggested taking a break and nursing for a while, before trying again.

Right now she's offering free sessions as she's just portfolio building. She said she would love to photograph your baby.
