Childbirth Class in the Triangle

A childbirth class based on Pam England's Birthing From Within in currently forming in Chapel Hill NC! The instructor, Wendy Smith Martin, trained with Pam England herself.

I am a first-time mom who is trying to find other moms interested in a May/June childbirth class based on the techniques and philosophy of Birthing From Within (a book I highly recommend if you are not familiar). The class would include psychological preparation for birth (done largely though the creation of birth art) and non medical pain-management techniques.
