I'm sure this is discussed in the tribe thread (I may have even participated in the discussion

:, brain fog, ahem)...but does everyone have some kind of legal document drawn up or does homeowner's insurance cover you? What if you're not a homeowner? I'm branching out, caring for children who don't belong to friends & am a little concerned about the legalities, the big what ifs.
