i think i checked in on a WW thread at the end of last year?

i've been doing the plan for 9 months and have lost 35 pounds or so. feeling great about it! i'm not the fastest gal on the planet but it's been pretty steady and i feel like my relationship with food has changed for the better along the way. i've fallen off the wagon at times but i keep coming back. my goal is to lose another 15, hopefully by the time i come up on a year of the plan, that means 5 pounds/month which would be a bit of an acceleration for me!

adding exercise has helped a lot. i swim 2x a week and go to a hot yoga class once a week. hoping to add a walk 2-3x a week.

where are all the other weight watcher mamas? would love to hear more stories.
