Intact retired military guy here (served from ‘91 to ‘15). Never had a real issue with my status. Deployed a number of times and the biggest things were getting assigned the callsign of “Snout” and explaining to some Aussies that not every American is circumcised. Swam bare-assed as an O-1 TDY at the old (pre-2001) Pentagon gym and certainly wasn’t the only uncut guy there.
