I process health forms for the scouts and parents don't feel them out very well at all I'm constantly asking them to full in all the box's. We have a check box for surgery but parents check none even if the child had surgery a is baby or young child all the time . So I'm thinking of adding somw check box's like at the doctor's office one of the box is male circumcision like this photo from my kid doctor's office.
How would you feel if this was on a boy scout form. ?

I don't think that boy scouts need to know the status of a boy's genitals. I mean it is wrong enough that boys are even circumcised to begin with, but I can't think of any reason why they need that info.

Thinking on it more, I would only posit that they need too know about surgeries that have long term implications, like a transplant or some kind of joint repair. Something that would be relevant in a medical emergency.
