So I am a little confused by cocnut. Is it really very good for you? Everyone says it is bad for you as it has a lot of saturated fat. I like coconut milk and use it occassionally. So what's the verdict?

Coconut milk, oil, butter, water- they are all very healthy. I included a link to a good article that is pretty informative on the matter. I think coconut products are especially good for vegetarians and vegans b/c they tend to consume little fats.
