I asked my MW what she thought of taking a cod liver oil supplement during PG, and she gave me the pros and cons, and kind of just left it up to me. I want some more opinions before I embark (and I really would like to start taking them)! I take Rainbow Light one a day prenatals and that's it right now. The supplement in question is a cod liver oil softgel that contains cod liver oil, vitamin A 1,250 I.U. (25% DV), and vitamin D 130 I.U. (32% DV).

Any opinions?? Thanks!!
