I am part of a group called The Urban Green who are trying to bring a cohousing development to North Delta. If you are interested, please check out these links:

There is usually a General Information meeting at the Firehall Centre for the Arts in North Delta on the last Sunday of the month, around 3pm. Hopefully the next one will be posted on the website soon.
