Has anyone ever heard of producing colostrum in the first weeks of pregnancy: I noticed it before I even missed my period! This will be my third baby and I don't remember this happening with my other two pregnancies. Weird. Any input?

I'm at 29 weeks now, with my third and I've noticed leakage since very early on. I hear it's totally normal. I'm to the point now that most nights I wear a breast pad otherwise I wake up with a wet spot on my nightshirt. Makes me crazy!

I started by 8wks with my first and second pregnancies. My providers thought I was a freak of nature, but apparantly it's not uncommon.

I started leaking at 9 weeks with this one, then it stopped for awhile, then came back again about 2 weeks ago. I'll be 18 weeks tomorrow. I think that initial hormone surge is what causes it for some women. The ob said my breasts felt full at my 8 week appt. but now they don't feel nearly as full even though they are bigger.
