The Frederick Birthing Circle needs our help to fill the seats at their staged reading of my play, BIRTH, this weekend! This is a fundraiser for them so we'd really like a strong turnout. We'd also like to fill as many seats as possible so the theatre can feel powerful when everybody chants "My Body Rocks!"
Please, if you can make it to Frederick this weekend to see the show please go. Also, make some phone calls today to tell every pregnant friend and anyone else you know to go with you! This is one giant activist step you can take.
Frederick is only 45 minutes from DC on a quiet Sunday! There are two shows at 2p.m. and 7p.m.
People can pay on-line for tickets (go to www.birthingcircle.org) or over the phone (301.663.0910). You can also make a reservation by phone and pay at the door.
PLEASE GO SEE BIRTH THIS WEEKEND! And get other women and men their too - especially women who are pregnant or want to be.
