I love boxer mixes even more than I love boxers.

My last dog was exactly my ideal, had I sat down and custom ordered a dog from the dog-makers I could not have gotten more of a perfect match for me. He was truly my heart dog. He was half boxer, half golden retriever.

I also love love a lot of hounds. There is no telling if this dog is actually a hound or a boxer mix, but I do agree with their guesses based on the pictures. Meeting him will tell me more.

Here is the hitch:

I am renting. I live on the same property as my landlord, I live in the guest house type dwelling. She is very dog-positive. However, I have yet to get the courage to ask her if I can have a dog.

Seriously, he looks very sweet and fun. If you have the space, time, and desire to take care of him, then go for it!

He came from Italy.

I can't do anything right this minute anyway, I'm leaving on a week-long trip in a few days. Maybe one of them will still be available then, it's puppy season and most people aren't looking for adult (or teenage ack) dogs.
