-When are you due?

I'm expecting within the month. "Late Summer" or "early September" is sufficient

I do technically know how far along I am, but I'd prefer not to dwell on a "due date", or let others dwell on it.... Baby will come when she's ready.

This is my first child. I'll be 23 soon. I live in the Pacific NW.

I will be surprised if this baby isn't a girl. I'll be surprised if she's under 8lbs at birth. I'll be surprised if I have aq very long labor- for some reason I imagine it beginning in the morning and being over before bedtime. I also think I'll give birth around 41w.

I have a dd age 9 and a ds age 5 and I'm 30. My dd was an unplanned UC birth and my son was an induced Hospital birth (huge mistake but I learned a lot).
My birth plan is to just go with the flow but I do hope to labor at night. I can't imagine giving birth during the brightness of day for some reason. I haven't yet either my dd was born at 6am in March so it was still dark out and my son was born at 9:45 pm so it was dark also.

If you want to guess the day of your birth, time of birth, weight or gender, please add that too! I guessed on my DDC here but I can't remember what I guessed. So I'll guess again. I say I'll have this baby Oct. 18th (at night) and the weight will be 7Ib 9 oz. I'll guess it's a girl.

I have had two very medical and unnecessary inductions and one attended home birth. This is my first UC, and I am very excited about it. We are planning this as our last baby (#4), and I am 28 (almost 29).

-If you want to guess the day of your birth, time of birth, weight or gender, please add that too! I think it's a girl, and I expect her to be 9 pounds or bigger and to come in the week just before or just after my due date.

-When are you due? My due date by conception is Feb 3, by LMP it is the 5th but I say mid Feb because I can almost gaurantee that I will go late!

-Is there anything you want to add about past birth experiences, your birth plan, how many children you have, age, location... etc? I am 31. My kids are 6, 4, and 2. I have had an induced hosp birth, a DEM hb, and an UC. This one will be UC too. We live in Montana.

-If you want to guess the day of your birth, time of birth, weight or gender, please add that too! I am guessing February 11, at night between 12 am and 5 am, between 9 and 10 lbs, and a girl!

My first two were born via c-section, so this is my first venture in birthing. I am very much looking forward to a gentle entry into the world for my son and not being drugged his first hours of life

I am hoping he'll arrive on August 28th, it will have been five years to the day that my own Mama passed away. Perhaps it is a little morbid, but i think it would be special for him to enter the world the day that his Grandma Issy entered the next world. I would love a nice late summer thunderstorm the day he was born, but really i'll take anything

DD Tempest is 3 and was a natural, empowering, midwife-attended birth. DS Jericho died on the day he was born, November 1st 2005. His labour was fast and incredibly easy, but the birth was traumatic and violating.
This baby will be a UBAC less than a year after that c/s.

I've had the pink stork in my sig since I found out I was pregnant. I just know it's a girl.

I have two boys currently - first was a homebirth attempt that ended in a transfer to the hospital (after being in transition and at 7cm for over 12 hours... he was cock-eyed b/c of his cerebral palsy affecting his ability to move to a good position) and a vaginal birth, second was a homebirth. They are 4 and 2.5 yrs. I am currently planning a UC but have NO idea what kind of labor to expect - so I am open and just hoping to go with the flow. I would love a waterbirth.

If you want to guess the day of your birth, time of birth, weight or gender, please add that too! My guess on date would be the 20th, time? ummm, how about 4:35 am. and weight 9lb-something, gender - my guess is girl.

February 20th but I am a long gestator, so I'm anticipating an early to mid-March baby.

I have 3 boys, 7, 2 and 8 months. My oldest was born in the hospital with an OB and every intervention except a c section.
My middle was born in the hospital with a CNM with almost every intervention except a c section.
My youngest was born in my parents' kitchen in water with a CPM.
I will be UCing in a 900 square foot apartment with my DP, my boys and my two best friends present.

I'm gonna say Thursday March 8th at 5pm, 9 lbs. 8 oz. and a girl.

But I'm not betting any money on that.

-Is there anything you want to add about past birth experiences, your birth plan, how many children you have, age, location... etc? I'm 23, and I have a 4 year old son. I had a 12 hour homebirth with him, and had lots of back labor.
I plan to labor most of the time on my own, and have dh there at the end. Hopefully a waterbirth. I tried with ds, but he wanted to be born out of the water.

-If you want to guess the day of your birth, time of birth, weight or gender, please add that too! I'm really hoping I go a little late. Ds was born on the cusp, so Sept 22nd is my guess.. Also dh's birthday is on the 24th, so it could happen then. I think I'll give birth around noon, to a baby girl, weighing at least 8 lbs.

OK, due March 2009, twins... 1 boy 6 lbs 8 oz, 1 girl 7 lbs, 38 weeks. I be at a sea side resort spending my days in the ocean. DD and DS will go spend a month with grandma. LOL!

I'm due Dec. 30, but I'm sure this is going to be a Jan. baby. I tell everyone Jan just to keep them off my case.

I have one DS, 2, who was born at home with a midwife assisting. We're seeing the same m/w for prenatal care this round (or what we're telling everyone is prenatal care - I've seen her once in almost 5 months).

I'm certain this baby is a boy even tho *everyone* keeps telling me they see pink. And I'm pretty sure he'll make his debut in the middle of the night, under cover of darkness.

He was induced - "too big" (born at 37 weeks, 8 lbs 7 oz) - and his birth was over-medicalized, which I blame on me putting trust in those around me and not myself. We're hoping to avoid that this time with just myself, my husband, and our son welcoming The Widget! We currently live in upstate NY.

I've had a funny feeling about Oct 13, every since I found out it was a Friday (my husband and I were married on a Friday the 13th and conceived this baby that weekend). I've felt it was a girl the whole time, but our whole family is kind of stubborn, so I wouldn't be shocked to have another boy. It's definitely an early morning baby, and I'd be shocked if it was under 8 lbs.

This is our first; going completely UP/UC (w/ 1 independent u/s), water birth in fishy pool; I'm 20, Dh 40; located in Alabama

Its a boy (I cheated- had an u/s) and I think that he is going to be born at 12:53pm weighing 8.5lbs... no idea what day... My dreams haven't told me that yet.

Last baby was C-section due to midwife interference causing my daughters head to be wedged into an OT position. We live in NZ and this will be my second baby and my partners first

: My daughter was also 5 weeks early which I'm hoping NOT to repeat.

my DDC guess was on the 21st of August, but it wasn't in the plans for me to go early. My new guess is labor day in the middle of the night. I think we're having a boy (everyone is guessing boy) and I think the babe will be 8 pounds 7 ounces!

My first was born in the hospital. The idea of UC never occurred to me til I was probably 39 weeks and by then it felt too late for a total paradigm shift. I wish I'd stayed home, it would have been a much better experience. My daughter will be 27 months on the 3rd.

September 8. I've thought it would be the early morning hours. I'd prefer a morning labor and daytime birth, because I'm not a night person. But we'll see.
