Can I still use regular condition and get the benefits of no-pooing?

My hair feels like straw to me after using the no poo- too squeaky and tangled. I've adjusted my bs amounts, and the acv rinse is just not enough for me. When I use my regular conditioner after the no poo, it does feel nice and look nice, though. Any harm in that (if I avoid silicons in the conditioner)?

I use a shampoo bar on my daughter, and she has very pretty fine hair, and even she needs the conditioner, it is just too tangled and icky feeling to me. The conditioner makes it better and it has a lot of body.

Yes, it's okay.

I make balls out of baking soda, honey and essential oils which I soften with a small amount of water and mix with a cheap, cone free conditioner (Suave Naturals) and clean my hair/scalp this way. After cleaning I rinse with ACV, rinse w/water, re-condition w/Suave and a small amount of a heavier conditioner on my ends. If I'm still dry at the ends I'll use a small amount of jojoba oil when hair is not wet. It works for me.
