Ok, I'm really off now. I thought I was 11 weeks along and now another website is saying that I'm 12 weeks. My last cycle was Nov 2, which still makes my due date as 8/8/08 but am I 11 weeks or 12?

Hey, we're the same! My last cycle began on Nov 3. But my midwife estimated my DD at 8/13 -- partly because I have long (~31 day) cycles and partly to be generous with the date in case I go overdates and there begins to be pressure to go into labor soon.

I count myself as 11 weeks.

11 weeks, I use this calculator. I think you are STARTING your 12th week, but have completed 11 weeks

I used the same calculator initially, Texas. I spoke with my mom and she said it might be off, give or take a few days so I could very well just beginning my 12th week. Whew! I was freaking out but this relieves me too because I feel as though I'll have an awesome appointment.

It really depends on the length of your cycle I think. My LMP was Nov. 1 and my cycle was pretty much a standard 28 days based on when I know I conceived. Midwives set my due date at Aug.8 and today I'm 11wks + 2 days.

When I had my son 5 years ago I had LONG cycles that were regularly 6 weeks. I was so lucky that I was temperature charting and knew within a few days when I conceived otherwise my date would have been off by weeks based on LMP.

My cycles are pretty irregular, any where from 28-31 days. I suppose thats why I might be off.

I think 28-31 days is a pretty regular cycle. When I was a teen I was really irregular... sometimes getting a period 2 or 3 weeks apart and sometimes not for 2 months at a time.

You could always do what I like to do (since 3 days doesn't matter either way). Pick the date you like the best within that range. I'm lovin' 8-8-08 as a due date whether I actually have the baby that day or not. It's just got a nice ring to it. I have a friend that won't accept an odd number date unless the month is an odd number month. Weird yes, but pregnancy can be somewhat irrational at times.

Due dates are confusing!
