Well steps really, 2 of them, FINALLY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
He's one of those, " I can get around fine, why go further"
He's been holding on to things and wondering around for weeks now!!!!!!!!!!!!
Finally tonight he took 2 steps towards me w/o holding on to anything, and it really brings a tear to my eyes b/c Dh and DD were here to see it!
I was so afraid Dh was gonna be at work when it happened!

Add this to that blessings thread!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I probably will regret this in 2 weeks when he won't stop running everywhere, like into the kitchen while I'm trying to cook!

Hey - that is wonderful! Your little guy is a month older than my ds and my ds is also not walking yet. He cruises around the furniture and between pieces of furniture (as long as he doesn't ever have to let go of anything! :LOL ), and he loves to hold our hands and go walking around the house, but he shows no signs yet of wanting to step out on his own.

So I can relate to your happiness - I think I will feel exactly the same way when ds finally decides he's ready to walk as well.

Good for your ds! Soon he'll be running around everywhere and you'll be getting your exercise chasing him!
