Hey all,<br><br>
What can I do for constipation?<br><br>
I've drunk warm lemon water. I eat lots of raw and cooked veggies and moderate protein. I don't eat flour or refined sugars.<br><br>
I tend to have this prob anyway and usu drink a little Smooth Move tea or take trifala or drink aloe vera, but those purgatives can be dangerous for a baby. So, I don't have my usual methods available.<br><br>
Please let me know your pregnancy-safe ideas to relieve this annoying problem!

These were my no-fail ways when I was PG.<br><br>
First thing in morning or last thing at night is best time for both - should do on empty stomach.<br><br>
Apple Cider Vinegar Tonic - 2 tsp. raw apple cider vinegar (like Braggs) 1 teaspoon honey in mug. Pour 1 cup boiling water over. Stir and drink.<br><br>
Oatmeal with 1 teaspoon ground flax seed.<br><br>
If doing this in the morning - wait 30 mins to 1 hour before eating anything else. And drink plenty of water throughout the day.<br><br>
