Hey all,

What can I do for constipation?

I've drunk warm lemon water. I eat lots of raw and cooked veggies and moderate protein. I don't eat flour or refined sugars.

I tend to have this prob anyway and usu drink a little Smooth Move tea or take trifala or drink aloe vera, but those purgatives can be dangerous for a baby. So, I don't have my usual methods available.

Please let me know your pregnancy-safe ideas to relieve this annoying problem!
