These were my no-fail ways when I was PG.

First thing in morning or last thing at night is best time for both - should do on empty stomach.

Apple Cider Vinegar Tonic - 2 tsp. raw apple cider vinegar (like Braggs) 1 teaspoon honey in mug. Pour 1 cup boiling water over. Stir and drink.

Oatmeal with 1 teaspoon ground flax seed.

If doing this in the morning - wait 30 mins to 1 hour before eating anything else. And drink plenty of water throughout the day.
